病人在住院期間接受治療時,會有很多機會接受靜脈注射。但靜脈注射常會衍生藥液外滲的問題,造成病人的疼痛、水腫、脫皮、瘀血、焦痂、組織壞死、潰爛等損傷,嚴重者甚至需要截肢。因靜脈注射的時間常常需達數小時,醫護人員也無法隨時在輸液者旁觀察輸液的狀況,有時就會導致延遲發現藥液外滲,而衍生上述的問題。我們針對這個需求,設計了一套穿戴式裝置,收集藥液外滲時皮膚上的各種物理現象變化,包過皮膚顏色、溫度、腫脹等,並且使用深度學習演算法來進行資料分析,以有效的提升外滲現象的正確判斷機率;同時考慮病人隱私與穿戴式裝置需獨立運作的特性,我們設計的深度學習演算法,也針對記憶體空間受限的微處理機等級裝置做最佳化,並且確認可以於微處理機架構下實現運作,進行獨立的藥液外滲偵測。
